Our Promise

• All dogs are taped equally, in the same manner and with the same amount of care. All dogs and handlers are equal to us while in the ring.
  
  
• Our VHS tapes are distributed on durable professional grade tapes at the "SP" 2 hour speed.
  
  
• Our VHS tapes come with printed labels in dust-proof plastic library boxes with the year and name of the show clearly printed on the tape and library box.
  
  
• Our DVD discs come with standard DVD cases with printing directly on the DVD disc and a printed insert in the DVD case.
  
  
• We promptly ship using MEDIA MAIL or AIR MAIL delivery.
  
  
• We do not charge any fee to a club for taping their show, though we do request that our hotel and travel expenses be covered.
  
  
• Our tapes are narrated by Debra McNeice, including name of dog and other information as printed in the show catalog.
